1. I have a standard version. Can I have multiple UVG config files on differently subportals? Do I need to activate the product on the different instances? Do the instances have to share the same categories?
( I had the main portal working fine but trouble with the subportal)
2. It looks like there is a long time play start delay when videos are played by using the embeded code that is from google or youtube.
3. I ONLY want to change the graphics of volume slide/pause/stop/play/progress bar. Do I have to get the source version in order to change that? Any chance: a)I can change the graphics without using the source version? b) Or you can make a different version of the graphics?

1, the configurations are portal-independent. you just need to activate it once, in any portal categories are portal-independent. what problem do you get? 2, well, this seems to be irrelevant with UVG, maybe your network connection is not so good? 3, maybe you can order the flash source only, not the vb.net source, so you can save your investment, if so, send an email to rongers@hotmail.com and service@bizmodules.net. thanks. |

I placed a second uvg config file on the subpotal (which pointed to a domain name).
I passed the first step'strust check. After I check "I understand what I have to do before uninstall it" and click "Next" I got error message:
A critical error has occurred. Access to the path 'UltraVideoGallery' is denied.
Then I added the new domain name permission to "UltraVideoGallery", I still get the error message. How can I fix this?
Thank you.

I had to add read and write permission to the domain name that pointed to the subportal in order to fix it.
