Hello,

I have purchased your product Ultra Video Gallery 2.2.2 Enterprise Edition, but it is unable to convert any file type successfully to .flv.

These are the things I have done:

-          Installed the UVG 2.2.2 PA’s as instructed by the user guide.

-          downloaded and copied UVG 2 Binary pack to the /DesktopModules/UltraVideoGallery/Binaries folder.

-          Ensured Network Services has Read Write and Execute privileges over the Binaries folder.

-          Have an ASP.NET Trust Level of Unrestricted, Successfully completed the Configuration Wizard – Permission check

-          Allowed the application to make changes to my web.config file.

-          I can see the test movie and select “I can see it.” Option, then the movie goes away.

I have full control over the server and can make any changes necessary to get this to work as advertised. My server is running  using DNN 4.6

Please advise

Thanks
Anthony Sutton

I updated today, in the module list I see that
UVG_AddVideoAdd new videos to Ultra Video Gallery02.04.03
The other UVG modules are 2.00.00
I assume that is normal (?) Am I updated?
thanks

... the package I see was updated at SnowCovered in my downloads area
filename is 0_UVG_243_DNN4.zip, I don't know if that is the right version your referring to.
If not, can you please direct me to the correct upgrade?

Sorry, the other thread I had going about the MAX size constraint seems to have also solved this problem, my video camera takes mostly MPEG and it seemed to convert just fine, albeit slow of course.

One suggestion is to include the parameter for changing video size on the UVG config panel itself so as to not have to re-run the wizard or tamper with the config file...

Anyways thanks again for great support!
