I am reading the manual and it says to run setup.exe to install the UVG Converter.  I unzipped the file and there is no setup.exe.  What am I missing?

Thank you for your help!

are you sure? is the file name you downloaded UVGConverter2_WithDotNet.zip or UVGConverter2.zip?

Well, I'm not sure what happened.  But I went and grabbed it from this site (instead of Snowcovered maybe?) and it is there.  I installed it and converted a file fine, but it won't allow me to upload it.  Says login failed.  I don't have anything to put in the verification code field and we are using AD Integration.  Could this be a problem?

when you login to DNN by web, do you use verfication code? if you don't use it you can leave it along in UVG Converter.

now can you give me an account and let me try it?

I sent you an email with the website and an admin DNN login.  Let me know if you need more modules available or an AD account.

Sharlyn's problem is proved to be an account issue, UVG Converter only support DNN login, you can't login with a AD account.
