ASP.NET Trust Level: Unrestricted

The binary pack is not installed, or ASPNET/Network_Service account don't have necessary permissions to access it, you are not able to upload any non-flv videos now.
For further information please refer to "Installation guide" chapter in the User Guide.

I have given full control to both aspnet and Network service and still get this error.

So did you install the binary pack? it seems this error means the binary pack is not properly installed.

it seems you didn't install it properly, can I have ftp permission on your server so I can check it for you? if so, please send to rongers@hotmail.com.
