you have UVG 2, right?

it seems ajaxpro is not properly enabled, can you run configuration wizard again to enable it?

I was just comming back to the forum to post that I ran the wizzard again an dit did remove the error from the webpage adn from the event log. However I am still unable to view any videos? There are no errors on the page and there are no errors in the event log? I have tried with Mozilla Firefox (css is messed up right now) and IE 7.0. Both are unable to load the videos.

Are they any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

Tom

in the configuration wizard, select "I can't see it"(even you can see it) in the FLV mime type step, and try again.

I did try the configuration wizzard with the suggestion you mentioned. That did not work for me either.

I have to do a little more research but I believe I have found the problem. I originally had the demo version of your software loaded on my site. I uploaded 3 test videos and was unable to see them run correctly. I looked through the forums and found that I needed to extract the url from the embeeded link on YouTube. I did this for the 3 videos I had and everything seems to work ok.

I then purchased a license from BizModule and installed the software on my webserver (godaddy). I ran through the configuraiton wizzard but nothing seemed to work for me. I then uninstalled all the modules on site and decided to start over. I reinstalled the UVG but fogot to go through the wizzard again. Doin gso got rid of the error message.

Wehn trying to view the videos I had in my collection (YouTube) links. I was unable to. I tried to upload anther video and this time using the url of the page on YouTube and it seemed to work for me.

It looks like I will have to reenter the videos I have from YouTube with the new address. Taking the address form the embeded link on YouTube no longer seems to work.

I think the version you have for the Demo is different from teh version you purchase.

Again this is just my guess on what is happening until I investigate further.

Have a great day,

Tom

Tom, UVG 2.1 is released yesterday, try it, maybe you don't need to recreate your youtube videos in this version.

thanks.
