In my testing enviroment the full screen button doesnt work, is this an option set somewhere?
I have tested the full screen buttons on http://bizmodules.net/Products/UltraVideoGallery2/Overview/tabid/124/Default.aspx
and they do bring up a full screen mode.

I tracked down the problem, This issue was cause by adding
fObj.addParam("wmode", "transparent"); to VideoPlayer.ascx as suggested in this thread http://bizmodules.net/Support/tabid/55/forumid/13/tpage/1/view/topic/postid/3809/Default.aspx#3809
to make sure the solpart menu doesnt get hidden behind the player.

Any solution to have the solpart menu work and the full screen button work? I dont know why the transparent setting is making the full screen button not work, as the other buttons are still working.

Any solutions?

no solution :) yes, transparent will stop full screen, I don't know why, but I realized this problem before UVG 1 release, that is why I don't make it transparent in default.
