Hi All,
There are probably hundreds of tools out there to do this, but I just found a fast, easy tool for capturing frames from videos (to be used for thumbnail images).

It also will allow you to capture multiple frames at a specificied interval. Something like what AVG2 does during upload to create the rotated images. Not sure how anyone might use that... but maybe if you wanted to customize the rotated image set, this might be a way to create the images easily.
