Hi Pengsten, After upgrading to UVG Enterprise 2.0, I can hear the videos but can't see them. These videos are all external stored on Amazon S3. Help please |

In regards to the question above, I have to click the fit to stage button for the video to appear. That can't be right. |

| It appears that in the UVG Config, you can no longer set the configuration to Original size for External videos. You need to set it to fit to stage. Original size did work in the last version. |

I thought you were saying that there is a PA version update. I went to Snowcovered and downloaded the PA again. Yet, after installation, the issue still persists. It is in the module settings of the player. Default Scale. If it set to 'Original Size', you can hear the external video but not see it. If you set Default Scale to 'Fit to Stage' then you can view the video. Reinstalling the PA, this morning, did not change that. |

Hi Pengsten, Yes, I have cleared the cache and restarted the application several times with no change. If you set the player to Original Size it still only plays audio. You have a developer account on dnnprofessor.com. You will soon be receiving an email notifying you of being added to a security role. The start video page is at: http://dnnprofessor.com/Departments/TrainingVideos.aspx One more thing: Can you check on the image that appears on the shared video popup page? I am getting a red x vs. seeing that image. Thanks Buck |

I am having a problem stabilizing the scroll on the module. Try pushing the slide bar up with you mouse, or clicking the slide bar up arrow, and you will see what I mean. Best regards, Buck |
