There is conflicts between PageBlaster and UVG(also UMG), if you want to use PageBlaster with our products, you should exclude ashx file extension in the configuration file of PageBlaster.
To do this, please locate Snapsis.PageBlaster.config in your site root, and ensure you have a line like this:
path pattern="(\.asmx|\.axd|\.ashx|rss|fck|admin|install|thumb|wizard)" excludeFrom="All"
However, the newer version of PageBlaster already have the exclusion for .ashx now, you can leave it alone if ashx is already included in path pattern.

I ma using the latest version of pageblaster community edition, And I am having some problems with UVG 2.2.2 this is the line of my excludePaths section in the config file for pageblaster.
="(LinkClick|\.ashx|\.axd|fck|SiteMap|/admin/|/host/|feed|rss|captcha|install|thumb|wizard|cart|\.asmx)" excludeFrom="All"
The Videos do not apear, here is a link to the site (sorry it is all in Spanish).

| your problem is related to flv mime type issue, please select "I can't see it" in configuration wizard when ask for flv mime type support. |

| I slected I can't see it on the configuration wizard, and it is still doing the same thing, the videos are store in a different server. The videos where working fine untill I stalled Page Blaster, if I disable pageblaster, everithing goes back to normal. |

It depends on what version of PB you are running. A new release just came out today. You can check this thread out to see if it is your problem with PB 2.x:

Benjamin, I didn't notice your videos are stored on another server.
You are right, it is caused by pageblaster, when the flash player call vid.aspx in uvg folder, it returns a blank page, which is expected to a xml file.

If your pageblaster is already the latest version, please ask John, and tell him /Desktopmodules/UltraVideoGallery/vId.aspx returns a blank page because of pageblaster.

This is the answer from Snapsis
Try adding UltraVideoGallery to your list of excludes:
="(LinkClick|\.ashx|\.axd|fck|UltraVideoGallery|SiteMap|/admin/|/host/|feed|rss|captcha|install|thumb|wizard|cart|\.asmx)" excludeFrom="All"
The module is working fine now. |
