I recently purchased UVG 1.4/w Converter and I converted a 320mb .mov file. However, when I upload it to my site and watch the significanly smaller flv movie it plays for about 6mins and then stops. the original length is 10mins. I tried changing my request timeout setting (9000)and it seemed to help some. Is the value in ms instead of s?

It is in second.

You know, UVG Converter upload converted files by chunks, your FLV video was separated to multiple chunks and upload them one by one, so a possible reason is a chunk at 6mins was lost due to unknown error.

So you can increase timeout value, or decrease chunk size in UVG Converter and try to upload it again, however, 9000s is enough. you may need to make it smaller for security reasons, I think the default value, 60s, is enough if your use default chunk size setting.

thank you.
