can you tell me how to reproduce this problem on my computer?

or if possible, you can create an admin account for me and let me try it on your website.

uncheck "my server support flv mime type" fixed this problem.

but now I get some script error, it seems ajax.net is not properly enabled, can you please send me your web.config and let me check it? you can remove connection strings in it.

thanks.
