Hi
I'm currently using the trail version of this gallery. The conversion works great and easy.
So far as I saw does this module just make really sense if you have tons of videos, is this right?
Typically will customes of us just have on single pages (themes specified) videos and then the d'like see the video right on this page (without linking to another page)
Perfect way for me would actually be to have in the "Player Module" a setting where you could select the movie...
Is this somehow possible?

Yes, you can play single video if you like, the most easy way is the upload their video to upload current default video.
Another way is the upload their videos(one or more) to UVG, then they can edit page settings to pass "VideoId" parameter in querystring, the UVG will load corresponding video and play it.

If the url of your player page is:
http://yourdomain.com/tabid/100/default.aspx.
And you have a video, the id of this video(you can see it in querystring when edit it) of 12, then you can pass this parameter in querystring like this:
http://yourdomain.com/tabid/100/default.aspx?VideoId=12
or
http://yourdomain.com/tabid/100/videoid/12/default.aspx
to play this video.
