Not sure why but it is stuck at the starting point. We are using wmv file to upload.

Any idea why? Thanks.

Generally this is because the FLV header, including the video length, is not properly written to your video file.

UVG 1.1 has a bug related to this problem, did you use UVG 1.1? if so, can you please download UVG 1.2 from Snowcovered and upload your video again?

If you do have UVG 1.2, can you create an admin account for me the testing purpose?
