Hi, anyone have this problem?

All videos except for the initial FirstRun.flv doesn't work under FireFox. IE6 is OK. Even when I renamed FirstRun.flv and uploaded it, it still won't play under FireFox. Can anyyone give me workaround this please?

I use firefox to browse your video and it works fine? what is your firefox version? maybe you need to upgrade it?

Also, I noticed videos on your website dosn't have total time, I guess this is due to a bug in UVG 1.1, I suggest you to download UVG 1.2.2 from Snowcovered and re-upload your video.

I'm using FireFox v2.0.0.3 on all 3 computers running under Windows XP SP2. They all won't load up the videos. Only the initial one will load up.

I just purchased v1.1 a week ago. Do I have to purchase v1.2 again? If not, where can I find the update?

Another client reported same problem to my hotmail account, I'm not sure that email is from you too, I sent him UVG 1.2.3 to testing purpose which should fix this problem.

Please let me know if that isn't you.

Got the latest v1.2.3 and installed it. Working flawlessly now under FireFox.
