Hi Pengtsen ! Thanks for your response ! Yes I already add .flv MIME Type support to IIS. Then reboot (yet not working) then reboot the server but I can't get any positive result still now. Thanks for your attention RJ

RJ RABE: If you checked UVG modules as Premium after putting them on a page, and the portal hasn't these modules assigned You will not see a video. You must have checked UVG modules as normal modules or assign them to the portal.

it seems to be a flv mime type issue, you know, in UVG1 there isn't a configuration wizard, so some users didn't properly set the file mime type.

Oh, and also, is the 2.4.4 production version available yet? We have purchased the UVG module (2.2.2 I believe) but I do not see it available on Snowcovered, even under 'Patches & Hotfixes'. Thanks! -c

when you finish the configuration wixard UVG will update your web.config to install ajax and other components, you don't need to enalbe it by your self. actually UVG 2.4.4 trial equals to UVG 2.4.4. production. you can just use this trial version.
