System Information DotNetNuke Version 04.08.02 --------------------------- .Net Framework 2.0.50727.3053 ----------------------------- Data Provider SqlDataProvider ----------------------------- Ultra Media Gallery 5.4.1 Module version ---------------------------------------- I am unable to create a New Album using Host Account. Is it a Module Installation Issue ?. i.e Ultra Media Gallery 5.4.1 Module installation was done by a different account i.e Administrators. Is there any way in giving rights to create a new album to Host Account User ? Any Help in this Regard is Appreciated. Thanks & Regards, Prashant S Akerkar

the host user always have full permission on all galleries. what exactly the problem is? any error? or just can't see the new album button? the latest version for UMG 5 is 5.5.2, did you try it?

Thanks for the Reply. We are unable to create a New Album i.e The Parent Album Dropdown has to be filled up with a New Album Record. For example : We want to add a Photo Gallery say 6 images in a New Album named "Lawn Tennis Sports Legends". When we want to Add a New Album the parent Album has to be filled up with the Name "Lawn Tennis Sports Legends" so that the images will be uploaded in that Album. As you mention we maybe are unable to see the new album button where we can create a new parent album record. So we are inserting a record say "Lawn Tennis Sports Legends" instead through the Ultra Media Gallery 5.4.1 Module features in in BizModules_UPG_Album Database Table. Once this is done the parent album dropdownlist gets populated with the "Lawn Tennis Sports Legends" record and then we can upload the images in the "Lawn Tennis Sports Legends" Album. Is there any way to Add a Parent Album Record through the Host Account ? Thanks & Regards Prashant S Akerkar

I'm sorry I still don't fully understand. but please note albums which already contain some photos cannot be used as parent albums. does it help? if not, you can give me your login credential and let me try it on your website.

Since i am unable to add a New Parent Album record through Host Account in Ultra Media Gallery 5.4.1 Module version, I am adding manually from the Back-end Database i.e BizModules_UPG_Album. Is there any way to Add a Parent Album Record through the Host Account ?. I can send you a Screenshot image for the same, but as there is no facility in adding a attachment file , can you give me your email address where i can forward the screenshot attachment ?
