The customer isn't happy with the audio quality. We use the module for a video-site of an actual tv channel. (check www.woerden.tv) and every thing is in HD. Can I change the setting somewhere in the code-files ?

I'm sorry no. if you are unsatisfied you may consider to encode your videos by your self.
