It works on youtube but I can't upload the video to the gallery by the ugv converter or through the configuration settings module on the website. I was able to upload a .wmv file fine through the converter and I also checked to make sure that .asf files were allowed to be uploaded. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure, you can send me this asf file by email so I can take a look. you also can encode it to other formats by 3rd video editors, then upload the new format to UVG.
