How do we stop the rotating of the thumbnail images in the video gallery? I must be missing the fine print somewhere - I can't seem to remove the feature that is allowing the thumbnail screen shots of videos to rotate. How do I only display 1 static, non-rotating thumbnail for each video? Thanks in advance!

you can set the frames of screenshots in UVG_Configurations module. when set it to a value larger than 1, UVG will create gif screenshots. as you see now.

Actually, I do have the 'Frames of screenshots' set to 1 and I am still seeing the rotating screen shots.

maybe these screenshots are created before you setting "screenshot frames" to 1?

if you can see such a link, you can enter a time point to capture a new screenshot, then your screenshot will be static jpeg picture. if it doesnt' work, try UVG Configuration Wizard to see if you are able to pass the permission check.
