Hi support, Having problem capturing the video manually. Please note that when i upload the videos, the video image is not captured automatically as well. is there a steps to check what is the problem is? For the manual capture, i have set the time to capture but no luck. Please advise

It did pass the check permission for first time. But i received this message when i retry the permission check. The binary pack is not installed, or ASPNET/Network_Service account don't have necessary permissions to access it, you are not able to upload any non-flv videos now. For further information please refer to "Installation guide" chapter in the User Guide. Btw, i have updated the permission of Network_service by giving a full permission and still have the problem. In addition, I have sent an email to service@bizmodules.net about the serial key, as we bought enterprise version 2.0, every time we activate key it said that the license is only available for one website. So could you please check the email?

if you get this messaage : "... is licensed to the owner of xxx " it means UVG is ALREADY activated, it just tell you the owner of this license. if you are still required to activate it after a successful activation, I suspect network service account doesn't have write permission on your /bin folder.

I understand now, but the problem is it licensed to a domain name, as we have clients, is it possible to change the name? Btw, if we do want to upgrade to version 3, do we get any discount?

if you have a enterprice license(or called multi activaton license), you can only use it on website they are owned by single entity. you can upgrade to v3 with upgrade discount, try it.
