Just a tip to share with other UVG users - hopefully someone finds this helpful. Perhaps this thread will get pinned to the top :)

This would apply to those users that are hosting in the WebHost4Life shared environment.

When going through the configuration/setup of UVG you're asked to select from two radio buttons that basically checks to see if your hosting environment will support the .flv mime type.

To add this mime type to IIS within the WebHost4Life environment do the following:

1. Login
2. Select "Site Admin" from the horizontal menu
3. Select "Set MIME Type" from the vertical submenu
4. From the list of websites (if you have a list) select "Go" for the website you want to add the MIME type too.
5. Type in the following to support the .flv MIME type:
MIME TYPE: video/x-flv
EXTENSION: flv (without the period ".")

This will enable you to use option 1 in the configuration wizard.

NOTE: If your using the Pro version of UVG you'll need to ALSO add the MIME type for mp4.
MIME TYPE: video/mpeg
EXTENSION: mp4 (without the period ".")

If your using another hosting provider, please post the process to add the MIME types to IIS for your environment.

Thanks Pengtsen for the help resolving the issues with my installation.
