Some of my audio is out of sync, and I've read other posts where people are talking about changing the bit rate. This might be a stupid question, but how do you change the bit rate?

it seems this can't be fixed by bitrate and adjustment, and UVG 3 doesn't allow you to change the bitrate since mp3 audios are not encoded in UVG. for further information about problem, please search for "flash mp3 problem" on google.
