Hi,

 

Please help. I think I am currently using UVG 2.3. It is hard to check version of that module. In DNN module settings as a version I can see 2.0 but UVG_Configurations module at the button have ‘UVG 2.3.0, licensed copy’. After updating DNN to version 4.9 my video player doesn’t work anymore. I don’t have any error, but after I click on play button nothing is happened.

 

Is anyone known that UVG 2.3 is working with DNN 4.9? How I can fix that, do I need to update to latest realise? Why information in ‘Ultra Video Gallery release notes’ are so poor and didn’t provide any of those information?

yes, it works.

can you run the configuration wizard again? especailly check the flv mime step.

Hello,
after upgrading to 4.9 I also have this problem. When I run the configuration wizard, at the flv mime step I can't see the video in the player.

there are 2 options in the flv mime type step, can't you see the video with both option?

Hello,
No, I only see the 100% tag. but no video.

What's weird is that after the upgrade, videos from Youtube don't work anymore unless they are from embedded code. I have the list of videos, related videos, tags, description etc... but the player doesn't play the video. Other sources (local, DailyMotion...) work.

I have messed up during the upgrade to DNN 4.9 and have had to restore the database from backup. I have copied web.config entries from the old one to the new one. Could it be related ?

Oops, sorry, I've just seen your post concerning Youtube...
I'll upgrade to 2.4.4 and see if it fixes it.
