I very much like the fact that you can create categories and specify which roles may see the videos in this category.
This prevents users from watching the video, but it does not prevent the video from appearing in the overall video list. Further to this, the animated GIF preview gives away far too much about the contents of the video considering it is supposed to be inaccesible.
Anybody else had problems with this?
Am I missing some configuration option that can sort this out for me?

| yes, this "problem" do exists. it's be design, however it seems most people think it's acceptable. |

It was okay before you made the animated gif previews of each video. I think the animated GIF preview feature is excellent and for non-private videos its fine. Please look at my site... http://www.beastlings.com - the most recently uploaded video is one of me doing a rap with my top off. I want my close friends to be able to see this, but not everybody, as you can see it is embarrassing and the animated preview makes it more embarrassing. What does everybody else think of this? |

maybe you can disable the gif preview? I'll check the possibility to remove these videos in UVG 3. if there is no great difficulties. |
