I have created my home page and added the VIDEO Player module to it.
By Defuakt this module comes prloaded with a default video.

My ultimate goal is to a the Player on my home page be laoded with a different video

so you want to change the default video, just replace /desktopmodules/ultravideogallery/firstrun.flv or firstrun.swf with your own video is ok.

That worked great TY ... Obvoiously I had to convert my video (WMM file) to FLV.
