I am using UVG for my online videos. The problem I have is I cannot delete uploaded videos and there is no screen to approve a user video. How can I do that.

you can approve pending videos in UVG_PendingVideos module.

to delete a video, you can check UVG_MyVideos module if it is added by your self.

you also can find an entry to edit/delete it in UVG_VideoInformation module when watch it.

thanks.

What about if I am the administrator and I want to free space? How can I delete old videos?

you can delete every video by the entry in UVG_VideoInformation module. so you can sort videos by created time in UVG_VideoList and click them. then you can see the edit/delete entry.

After updating to 2.3 I lost comments, and Information module. Please visit my site at www.africanvideoproduction. com and click the video I just uploaded and below the player, I used to have Comments Information and Rated in tabs form.

I rerun the configuration wizard, but still no changes. Secondly, when I was running the config wiz, I saw a mesaage that says Binary pack is not installed. How can I install it after downloading?

to install the binary pack, please refero to the "Installation Guide" chapter in the user guide.

can you try to delete all modules on the player page, and add UVG_VideoPlayer again?

I did that but they are coming as individual modules instead of the way they were tabbed together.

they ARE individual modules, in your screenshot you used to have some kind of aggregator tool to wrap these modules, but I don't know why you lost it after upgrade, please consult the person who built your website.

I actually built this site and I did not do anything out of the ordinary. After installing the application, it was right there. I how ever used tabs to wrap them. I think that is ok

Second thing is a suggestion. It seems you can only delete your own video on my video module. What if an administrator want to delete videos uploaded by other people? If that feature is not available, can you create that feature as an upgrade?

After adding UVG_VideoPlayer yo do get a list of independent modules, I'm absolutely you used some tool to wrap them in your screenshot.

Admin users can find a edit/delete entry in UVG_VideoInformation module no matter who create it.

thanks.

How do you delete that in UVG_VideoInformation module? Secondly, the other issue I have is I can add comments, but cannot read them. Please check it yourself at my site www.africanvideoproduction.com to see for yourself. May be some configuration issues.
After going to www.africanvideoproduction.com click on the video tab and click the video link. It will take you to the video player and under the player, click the comments tab and see.

delete what? you mean how to delete a video via UVG_VideoInformation module? just click the Pencil icon to edit it then you will see the delete button.

There are script errors in your video player page so the comment are not shown, view the html source and check line 149, 1365. the comments feature will work find after correct the script errors.
