using uvg 2, I can upload any file type ok, but after it finishes uploading, it always says:

This file can't be converted to FLV movie

And it will not go any further.  Is there something else I need to do to allow this conversion?  Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Ok, yes thanks, I didn't have the binary pack installed. I can add videos now, they show up nicely in my video list, but when I click the video to play, it tries to load the video but it doesn't play. My browser then has the following error:

Line: 1360
Char: 51
Error: Expected ';'
Code: 0
URL: http://page to my site's video

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

It's an intranet site, but I got it to work. I didn't have the video set properly. Thanks! However, when I upload a video, and it gets converted to flv and plays, the quality is not very good. The video I uploaded was a 3 minute 80mb mpg file. The quality is not what I was hoping for. Since this is an intranet site, I was going to put employee training videos up and bandwidth is not an issue.

Is there a way to control the quality settings for the videos that get converted to flv?

Thanks!

the default video size is 320*240, you can increase it to get better quality, you should can increase bit rate from default 250k to 512k or even 1mb since you use it in intranet.

thanks.

please note the setting change affects to new-uploaded videos only.
