ok, this is an known issue now, just simple increase maxNormalRequestLength attribute on Configuration -> System.Web -> NeatUpload node is ok.

Sorry Pengtsen but you'll need to give me more detail. Any maxRequestLength I have in my web.config for neat upload references 256000 which should be more than enough. If I add that to the line in the section group system.web I get an error. Could you please be more specific. Thank you.

I mean maxNormalRequestLength attribute on Configuration -> System.Web -> NeatUpload node. you can add it if it doesn't exist.
