Does UVG allow for universal administration of the videos, or is it on a by user basis. I would like those with edit rights to the module the ability to edit all videos, regardless of who posted them. Only page administrator roles would upload videos. I uploaded a video as host, and the other page admins could not edit the listing title.

yes, users in the role which is included in "manag roles" can edit all videos, but not from "MyVideos" module, in the player page you can find a edit link.
