Hello, I run a social networking site using DNN v4.6. I am thinking about using the Ultra Video Gallery to allow my users to upload and manage their own videos to my site. I am sure UVG is very capable of doing this. The users on my site know each other by their DNN Display Name. My question is, Does UVG modues allow the use of Display Name throughout the various modules? This must be true in 100% of the case where a refeence to a user is made. Thank you.

yes, you can use [AUTHOR] in all modules to represent user display name, if you want to display username, you can use [AUTHOR_USERNAME] token. the default token is [AUTHOR], so you can see user display name without any configuration. thanks.

Rongers.. where is the list in the help of all available tokens.. or do you just support all DNN tokens anyway.. which by the way I can't really find a concise list of those either.

for example, if you want to know all available tokens in Body Template field, just click the question mark before it.

The UVG_VideoComments module doesn't seem to have and editable template and it lists the commentor's first and last name. Is there a way to change this to the Display Name?

in AjaxDotNet.ascx.resx, try to change [AUTHOR] to [AUTHOR_USERNAME]

I changed [AUTHOR] to [AUTHOR_USERNAME] and now it lists the username. I am hoping to get it to list the display name.

oh, I'm sorry. what's your UVG version? it seems the latest 2.0.4 already use display name instead of full name. thanks.
