This is an old post and looks like things may have changed. First, I don't see a configuration.xml file anymore, is it default.xml now?? Second, is the renaming to CfgEmbed.xml still a supported feature? Lastly, I'm really trying to control whether the video is auto played more surgically. Some videos that I have embedded I want to auto play other videos I have embeded I do not. Any way to do this? (I was hoping I could place the Player module twice and change the modules settings on each placement but it looks like the module settings apply to all placements.) Thanks, Paul

I have the same issue however i actually want all the videos and the audios not to auto start but the MP3s still automatically start any ideas?

This is a suitable thread to locate my suggestion... OK with autostar for embedded videos, it works fine with the CfgEmbed.xml file, but since UVG 3 is on... what about CompactPlayer?? Everywhere I use compact player happens the same issue with autostar... so I guess to have a config setting for compact player to enable/disable autostart sould be a good feature. It also would be something really nice to have the option to play compact player in lightbox... but this is less critical, of course. Hope this has any "hidden" workaround as well... otherwise maybe you guys can take it in mind for future updates. Regards, JR

what's your UVG version? is it latest 3.2.1? I remember the latest version have a separated setting for the compatct player.

Hi all, we have UVG 4, and I set the new xml file for embebed, but this disable/enable for all tags, exist any way to enable/disable for an especific embebed tag? please let me know. thanks a lot!
