Is there a way to set up UVG so that when you use the Delete function that it delete's the file also and not just the DB entry? Currently we are going to MyVideos -> Edit -> Delete and it seems to leave the file in place and only remove the DB entry.

UVG do delete all related files when delete a video. If your video is not deleted, please check to see if the delete permission is available to your IIS account.

Yes, the IIS user does have delete permissions. I am using UVG 3.3.1, did that have deletion capability?

I have confirmed that I can delete the videos from the DNN Native File Manager, so the IIS permissions should be set correctly.

UVG delete obselete videos since ther intitial versiln. It's hard to see it doesn't work for you, I would suggest: 1, upgrade to UVG 4 to see if it fix your problem. 2, give me the DNN host and FTP access so I can investigate it further more.

I uploaded a sample video and deleted it, it seems UVG do delete the screenshot and video files, both the low and high quality version.
