I want to charge our customers to post their video ads. Need to track payment info tied to that video and manage expiration data of when that video expires. Any good examples of this being done?

I'm not exactly sure what you want, but please take a look at "Commercial & Advertisement" chapter in the user guide. does it help?

Currently I know we can control who can add a video through Roles management. However, I need to collect a payment before the Video is available to viewers. I have a classified advertising site. No Pay - No Play. So I am looking for a way to manage the association of the account and his videos by payment as well as expiration date on the video. I know this will require a bit of custom coding. Would you consider making these enhancements? Have a Video Classifieds version?

beside the options to control which roles can add videos, UVG also allow you to set which roles can watch specific videos. please take a look at "View Permission" chapter in the user guide at first.
