My company currently has the Ultra Video Gallery 2.0 implemented on their public website. I am the video editor and video encoder for the company. I am trying to find information on how this player works and what file formats and codecs it supports. I also don't know if the player is converting the files into FLV or SWF files too? It may be doing that... I just want to know how this module works and what it is doing to my files when I give them to my web developer. Unfortunately, I have asked him and he does not know. I am using a professional non-linear application called Sony Vegas v7 and I can export to a variety of different web formats. Which one should I use? I gave him a WMV file and it seemed to work but WMV may not be the best file to work with UVG 2.0. I NEED HELP! If anyone has a specification sheet and/or user guide for UVG 2.0, that would be GREAT! Thanks! -Brian

I'm sorry but that help file doesn't work on my computer. It is displaying blank pages and giving me the following message: "Navigation to the webpage was canceled. What you can try: Retype the address." Can you send it to me in a different format? Maybe a PDF or DOC? Any format will be fine. Thanks! -Brian
