you can download it in snowcovered my downloads page. just install it to overwrite UVG 3.1.1 is ok.

I bought it from DOTNETNUKE.COM (I live in TN and would have to pay 9.5% sales tax from Snowcovered). However they have an older version. Can they get updated or a link to download the current version?

I just checked dotnetnuke marketplace, the available version IS 3.1.3.
