Hi. Is it possible to show how many people who have given a rating/vote? A hundred ratings are more credible than e.g. three, and it would be great to offer this information to the users. ames.

Are you absolutely positive this isn't recorded, and that it's now way to display this info? I found the follwing string in VideoRating.ascx.resx which seems to have something to do with the number of ratings given.. <data name="XRatings.Text"> <value>based on [X] ratings</value> And another example. How can you display "average rating" without knowing how many people have rated?

oh, I'm sorry, I thought you were asking about "how many users watched a video". yes, this information is recorded, where do you plan to use it?

This is great news! :) I want to use it where ever the users can see what rating a video has gotten. In my case, that would be in the video-rating-module and in the video-list-module. Is it possible to add a token for this function? (The video-rating-module is hardcoded, so maybe you could include it to the right of "average rating" for example!? "Total ratings", or "number of ratings" perhaps? About that hardcoded video-rating-module. As a future addition, I think it would be better if it was possible to easily edit the video-rating-module through module-settings using tokens. Thanks for the great support you provide pengtsen!

the UVG_VideoRating module already have the total ratings data. the [TOTALRATINGS] token will be supported in the next minor upgrade of UVG.

Ok. That's great. But I want to add the total-ratings to the videorating-module and the video-list module. In the video-list I can easily implement the token since I can use module settings, but the videorating-module has no module-settings dialogue.. I really think that the videorating-module also should be editable through module-settings..

the UVG_VideoList is simple html output, so it support tokens, but you can see UVG_VideoRating module have a lot of features and javascripts, it can't be set by template. as I said, the UVG_VideoRating module already have the total ratings information.

Oh ok. I didn't know the video-rating module already shows total ratings. We have not launched our site yet, so we haven't gotten any ratings.. It's great that it will be included in videolist as well! Thanks a lot!
