A recently purchased a standard license and would like to upgrade my trial setup. I added the license key as indicated in the 'Add Videos' tab, but videos were still only half converted. I then uploaded the Standard PA over the trial, but still have the same results. What do you suggest? Also how do you remove the 2 second UVG commercial in UVG_Player? Thanks.

you need to delete and upload your video again. it's not a commercial, it's the default video, you can locate it in /desktopmodules/ultravideogallery/firstrun.flv, you can replace it if you like.
