First of all I wish you all the best in your business. It’s more than one year as I purchased your products (Ultra Media Gallery and UVG)… When I got uvg from marketplace.com, it was 1.5 version and you helped me to upgrade to version 2 (in that time they had only 1.5 version)… Then you gave me version 2.3. One month ago, I reinstalled OS on my server (All my sites were and are running from my own server), UVG stopped working, asking activation key. I have serial but it does not help… Dear Pengtsen, can you show me right way to solve this problem? - how it is possible to get activation key or upgrade to version 3 I can send my invoice info

One month ago, I reinstalled OS on my server (All my sites were and are running from my own server), UVG stopped working, asking activation key. I have serial but it does not help… ====================== I guess Network Service account no longer have Read/write permission on your /bin folder, so you get this problem.

did you change your server ip, and the root folder of your website? if you site were in d:\aaa, and now is in d:\bbb, you will be required to activate it again.
