this is a known issue for spain users, can you manually alter 0.1 to 0,1 in uc3DCarouselDefinition.ascx?

where in that file, do I have to do that, because I have already read the threat, with the solution provided, but when I did the change at the only 0.1 I found in that file, the 3d carousel stopped working at all.
