After working fine for a couple weeks, now the video player does not display the video. Also, in the Video Configuration module the Player Tab parameter/dropdown menu is empty -  there is no page to choose.

www.pragpr.com

I can forward screenshots.

thanks

one other thing... maybe unrelated.  The container for the video player page had a broken image in the top of the container ;  an 'A'  icon/logo.

When I got the properties on the image the path was as follows;

http://pragpr.com/VIDEOPLAYER/TabId/66/VideoId/13/Portals/_default/containers/homeskin/containerTopLogo.gif

I then had to create that whole path and put the image there for the container to display the 'A' image.  That was like that from the time I installed UVG by the way.

Ok, so after an upload test, I see that each video is incrementing the path for the container image;

http://pragpr.com/VIDEOPLAYER/TabId/66/VideoId/14/Portals/_default/containers/homeskin/containerTopLogo.gif

the previous video when displayed has '13' in the path.

same issue overall;  the video is not displayed either.

the missing image is from your container, check your skin provider to see if he can help you.

can you upgrade to latest UVG 2.4 and try again?

container is fine.  I has all the images needed.  Issue is the path is being rewritten for every video added. The path for the image is being rewritten to the name of the video player page , incremented for each video.

I will try the 2.4 installation to see it if fixes the issue.

you can download v2.4 in snowcovered my downloads page.

if you can see UVG player but it is empty, make sure you check "flv mime type is not supported" in cofiguration wizard.
