We are getting the following error now when trying to upload new images.  Any ideas why?

Error: is currently unavailable.

is your picture readonly?

can you upload pictures to the "large folder" of an album in UMG? the large folder can be seen in Manage menu -> Pick an album.

thanks.

The JPG is not read-only and we can't upload it to the "large folder". We get the error when we click "Add New", enter the appropriate fields (Title, Description, Photo) and click "Save & Continue" or "Save & Exit".

No error while uploading to that folder via DNN File Manager.

However, if I go back to the gallery (Manage) and "Synchronize", I get the following error:

0 photos synchronized
Error Occured: Bad image file

I emailed your password, along with the image, at 12:01am. Just in case that email doesn't come through, I just sent the email again.

For all those following this thread, this ended up being a crazy issue. Evidently the graphic designer I am working with on this project was creating TIFF images, but with a JPG extension. Not sure how he is doing that, but that's what was causing UMG to throw and error. As soon as I converted the images to actual JPGs, uploads worked great!
