Hello, We are having a small issue with deleting video files. The video is removed from the database but when we check the file server the file still exists there. Subsequently, running the synchronization adds the file back to the database so the files are definitely not removed. Not sure what the issue is but don't think it has to do with folder permissions. We are able to upload, save and convert videos without a problem so there are no problems modifying files in the UVG folder and subfolders. Do you have any suggestions as to what we have configured incorrectly? With space requirements we need to ensure that video files are removed along with the database entry.

when delete a video, UVG do delete it from the file system, if you are sure the video is not deleted can you debug FileSystemController.DeleteVideo method?
