When I run a report for more than a month or so, I receive the following error. Apparently a timeout from the SQL server. I've noticed that no report runs for more than 30 seconds.
A critical error has occurred.
Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.
I've already set the exclude administrators to standard but same problem persists.
We run 6 portals with moderate to heavy usage. 3500 users total with about 100 online at any given time.

In Control Panel, please set Exclude Administrators to No or Standard.
Thanks.

That did the trick for some reports, but not all. The . The referrals report for example still times out if reporting more than 30 days or so.
Any other suggestions?

You must have heavy traffic in your website, I think you can make reports in shorter period.
Thanks.

You can find it in module menu when login as admin users.
Thanks.
