Hello again,


I have got a problem,

I have uploaded a video and now I am trying to make it automatically play when the page is opened. I have selected multiple times for the video to be featured but it keeps reverting back to the explosion UVG video.

Is there a way I can delete the standard UVG video and make my video appear automatically?

the default video(explosion) in located in /desktopmodules/ultravideogallery/firstrun.flv or firstrun.swf, you can manually replace it with your own video.

Alright now that I have that done.

This fix makes this particular video show up on every page which I have have this modual on. What I need to know is how to change the video that first appears on a page whan a person is hitting the page.

basically, you should make the player page HIDDEN, so users can't enter the player page directly, then must pick a video in video listing modules so the "VideoId" parameter is passed into the player page, in this case UVG player know what video to play and won't play the default video.

That seems some what more in depth. I mean I can do that but is it going to be that hard for all videos on all pages.

All I want to do is a specific video show up every time a user sees the page and easily change the video that comes into the player. I do not want the user to have to pick the video to be player.

you mean, every time you see UVG player, you see a new random video? if so, I'm sorry this is not supported.
