I have several portals on one installation and I would like to be able to share the videos uploaded on all of the portals. I realize that I could use the html or embedded code but this creates a lot of repetition. Is there an easier way to share the videos with all portals on the installation?

maybe you can grab the video url in mail portal and add it other protals by "from internet" option?

Hey Pengtsen - as mentioned in my previous post - I know how to do what you have suggested. However, what I want to know - is it possible to go to the server (via remote desktop) and copy the folder of videos from one portal and paste them to another portal. Or is there another option that will accomplish the same thing.

The reason I want to do this: I have 20 portals and each portal has 10 user videos uploaded. Using the process you have suggested to share the videos on all portals I would have to repeat the process 190 times on each portal for a total of 3,800 repetitions! If it is possible to avoid this repetition I would very much appreciate it.

Patrick, I just remember there is a "cross portal" option in the setting screen of UVG_LatestVideos, VideoSpotLight and PopularVideos, will it be helpful to you?
