As a new customer, I'm impressed with the functionality and ease of use of this product.  Installation was very smooth and the charts are great.  I have set up scheduled reports to be emailed that I am not receiving.  I have other DNN modules with subscription features and emails are working properly for them.  Is there something more that I should configure to get the emails?  I think this is a key feature as our Executives will be interested to see details about traffic on our intranet site.

Please tell me the url of your portal and maybe the password of your host account.
