Hi,
For the third time now, our video player has completely vanished from the player page. On this page I have the player module, the comments module, and the module that gets the embed code. Each time this has happened, all three modules have "gone missing" and there's nothing in the event manager to explain it. The first two times I thought someone was accidentally deleting them, but now I think something else is going on. What can it be?
Thanks, Bee |

Hi,
The UVG_Add Video module is 02.02.02 and the rest are 02.00.00. The web site is www.cowetacogop.com. The media list is on the home page on the Media tab. I've replaced the modules again on the video player page (Video Information is hidden from non admin users) so I don't know how you'll be able to see what the problem is. All the modules on the player page just seem to disappear at random intervals.

| Edit to add: It's only the UVG modules that disappear. The other module on the video player page never disappears. |

1, can you try to use default DNN skin and container? 2, the latest version is UVG 2.3, you can download it on Snowcovered My Downloads page. thanks. |

Today the Video Player was missing again. I installed the upgrade just now so I will see if that helps. I don't want to use the DNN skin and container because it could be days before it breaks again. Meanwhile, I installed the QuickTime Plugin on my computer so that I could watch a video on another site. Now when I go to our site, instead of being able to play the embedded video, I get the blue Q with a question mark inside of it and can't play the embedded video. I thought about just uninstalling the Quicktime player, but what if other users are experiencing the same problem? Thanks for the suggestions, ~Bee |

| I am also having a similar problem at http://www.jamesmh.net when I clip on a film the flash video player loads with your play button- but when I click on the button to start playing the whole player disappears although I can still hear the audio? I have tried watching the films from a number of different computers and it's always the same problem... can you help? |

| You are the 1st one reporting this problem, do you have to have another computer with safari, if so, can you try it? |

| Hi Pengtsen, Yes I've tried accessing both my videos and your example videos from three different computers all using Safari and none of them can see any of the video. |
