| Good afternoon, I am trying to upload a .zip file trhough the 'Add new' screen in the module 'Ultra Media Gallery 5', but the following message comes up: 'To add a new record, you must upload a valid jpeg picture'. How can I upload a .zip file with some pictures? In addition to this, is there any help manual to learn how to create albums, which is the folder where the pictures are placed, etc. I create albums but they are not displayed in the albums list and I don't know why. Thank you for your help. |

Thank you for your fast answer. The problem was that I had not realised that one of the file names contained a " ' " . I have changed the name but when I tried to upload the .zip file and click on Save&Exit the following error was showed:

One last question, where could I download the user guide from?
Thank you for your time.

check Downloads page on this website for the user guide. it seems to be a permission issue, can you try to upload it in DNN File Manger? let me know if you can upload it properly. |

Yes, I can upload it in DNN file Manager. Actually this is what I did, but users that are going to use it should do it through the module instead of File Manager (they are not the administrators of the page).
