Good afternoon, I am trying to upload a .zip file trhough the 'Add new' screen in the module 'Ultra Media Gallery 5', but the following message comes up: 'To add a new record, you must upload a valid jpeg picture'. How can I upload a .zip file with some pictures? In addition to this, is there any help manual to learn how to create albums, which is the folder where the pictures are placed, etc. I create albums but they are not displayed in the albums list and I don't know why. Thank you for your help.

if you albums is empty, it is not displayed in album list, for further information please refer to the user guide.

the zip file you upload should contains pictures only, without any folder structure, did you create it in this way?

Thank you for your fast answer. The problem was that I had not realised that one of the file names contained a " ' " . I have changed the name but when I tried to upload the .zip file and click on Save&Exit the following error was showed:

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: A generic error occurred in GDI+. ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.ExternalException: A generic error occurred in GDI+. at System.Drawing.Image.Save(String filename, ImageCodecInfo encoder, EncoderParameters encoderParams) at BizModules.UltraPhotoGallery.FileSystemController.SaveJpeg(String strPath, Bitmap b) at BizModules.UltraPhotoGallery.FileSystemController.GenerateThumbnail(String strSrcPath, String strDestPath, String strFileName, Int32& intThumbnailWidth, Int32& intThumbnailHeight, Boolean bolRegenerate) at BizModules.UltraPhotoGallery.FileSystemController.AddPhoto(PhotoInfo& objPhotoInfo, AlbumInfo objAlbumInfo, String File) at BizModules.UltraPhotoGallery.PhotoController.AddPhoto(FileSystemController objFileSystemController, PhotoInfo objPhoto, String photo, Boolean bolLinkOriginalFile) at BizModules.UltraPhotoGallery.ucEditPhoto.cmdUpdate_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

One last question, where could I download the user guide from?

Thank you for your time.

check Downloads page on this website for the user guide.

it seems to be a permission issue, can you try to upload it in DNN File Manger? let me know if you can upload it properly.

Yes, I can upload it in DNN file Manager. Actually this is what I did, but users that are going to use it should do it through the module instead of File Manager (they are not the administrators of the page).

if you still get this problem, please email me your zip file.
