I have tried uploading numerous videos (mpg and wmv) "from Local Disk", but I always get the following error when the upload finishes:

This file can't be converted to FLV movie

The embed functionality and Internet URL functionality are working fine - I have seen other posts referring to a possible issue with converting wmv files. These seem to be related to corruption of the wmv files, but all of the ones I am trying to upload play just fine in Windows Media Player.

Is this a known issue with UVG 2.3.0?

Thanks,

Eric

can you run UVG Configuration Wizard again to see if you can pass the permission check?

and what's your portal alias? there is a log file in your site root.

Thanks for your reply - My container BGcolor is black, so when I swiped across to read the text during the configuration originally I didn't see the error message. I have now deployed the Binaries and all is fine... I appreciate your patience, when you probably would rather say RTFM! :-)

Once again, your module and service are top-notch!
