I must to change in settings the type of gallery to UMG Classic and Save, then change again to virtual Tour an then it works.
Please put off the Virtual tour option from Wizard because it does not work fine and it give everyone lot of troubles to understand how to solve this issue.
the same problem with 3D carousel and others in the additional package
Wizard works fine only with UMG classic gallery.
If I choose "Web Upload" also I have more troubles: It works ONLY with UMG Classic.
I have also noticed then to see flash gallery updated I have to clear browser cache... but I think this is not a UMG problem...
Please solve these issues because they can make the difference...
Have a nice work!

Stefano, thank you for your feedback. Actually this problem is not related to the presentation, there isn't a known bug with VirtualTour and other presentation providers. About your problem, the most possible reason is permission misconfiguration, you choose to build gallery in "Dynamic Gallery" mode, right? you specified a source folder, but does Network Service account have Read/Write permission on this folder? please check it first. thank you. |

The permission are right. The Virtual tour works only if I switch first to UMG Classic and switch again to virtual Tour. This also prove that permission settings right are well defined. |

Actually UMG Classic and VirtualTour use same method to get the list of photos: DG.aspx. If possible, can you give me Host permission so I can check it on your website? |
